Common Questions
Platform access opens in rolling cohorts, typically within two to four weeks of a request. We review all requests for institutional fit before provisioning. You will receive a confirmation email with onboarding instructions once your cohort opens.
The Desk plan covers vol surface forecasts and term structure curvature for up to three asset classes of your choice. The Team plan adds the full five-asset-class universe, the sentiment signal overlay updated every two hours, cross-asset correlation regime detection, and REST API access. Both plans include the daily morning brief before 6:45am ET.
We offer a two-week evaluation period for institutional desks before committing to a monthly or annual subscription. The evaluation includes full platform access for the tier you are evaluating. Contact the team after submitting an access request to arrange an evaluation window.
API access is included in the Team and Enterprise tiers. The REST API returns structured JSON data for vol surfaces, sentiment scores, and correlation regime indicators. Documentation and client libraries for Python and R are provided. The Desk plan includes platform web interface access only.
Annual billing is invoiced as 10 months at the monthly rate, giving you two months free. The Desk annual rate is $18,000 and the Team annual rate is $45,000. Annual invoices are issued at subscription start. Enterprise annual terms are negotiated directly.
